When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house.」

In addition, there was a brown stain on the bedding, streaks of unknown splatters on walls, ceiling tiles were not in place, screws in ventilation covers coming loose, gouges in the wall, a TV with wires exposed and no channels, a hot tub that was advertised in description of property ,but there isnt...

「This suite was an excellent location. Lots of walking trails, close to shopping. We stayed here to attend a wedding in okatoks, which is 15 minutes away. This is a full suite with everything you need, even your own washer and dryer. It would be perfect for a long term stay.」

「The place was the same as posted and very clean. My son and I enjoyed staying there for five days. It’s located in a new neighborhood down south, so was a bit of driving for wherever I wanted to go. Deerfoot trail exit is close enough to make driving easier though. Prepare your cutting knife and spices including salt.」
