"Every staff member we met was very nice and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We even got an upgraded room with a river view. The David Thompson burger from the shoe and canoe pub was outstanding as well. I am very pleased with this stay and will be staying here again if ever needed. I will also be recommending my friends and family to stay here when they visit. Thank you to everyone that made our stay special. "

"The front desk ladies were amazing, kind and gave make me feel so important - they even gave me a little gift bag! The room itself was put together was clean with need sheets,-amazing pillows and everything in working order, however that area around the bed was in need of a floor sweep/wash. I found I was having to scrub my feet off before getting into bed and or it was making my whit socks dirty. Not something I expected from the Park Inn. Everything else was so so great! I’ll definitely stay again "
