The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even dropped off more towels without us asking since we stayed for over a week. "Wonderful Stay at Emerald Hotel! We stayed at Emerald Hotel for two weeks and had a wonderful experience! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything looked fresh and recently renovated, including the furniture and the modern shower. The room also had air conditioning with both heating and cooling options, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent! The C-Train station is only about a 15-minute walk away , and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby. We also really appreciated having a small gym and laundry facilities in the building. These little extras made our two-week stay feel more like home. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They were always happy to help with our requests. For example, when we needed an extra chair in our room, they kindly provided one. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time at Emerald Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant!"
