「The unit was clean, bright and convenient. It was also stocked with absolutely everything we needed!! Having a garage to park in was a very nice bonus and saved us from having to clean off our vehicle. There was parking on street for our other vehicle and it was close to the unit. Will definitely stay here again. The only uncomfortable thing was the couch when we were just hanging out, it maybe needs replacing but that’s a small inconvenience. We will be recommending this place to others. 」

「When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!」

「You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And...

「The room was perfect. We love the view. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was great! We were able to walk to several restaurants. The location was great for our trip to Banff.」
