「The room was immaculately clean from the moment we arrived. Fresh, crisp linens, a spotless bathroom with high-quality amenities, and thoughtful little details (perfectly arranged pillows, restocked minibar, and zero dust anywhere) made it feel truly luxurious and well-maintained. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough.」

「Room was not properly cleaned daily, towels were not changed and dishes not cleaned.」
