「Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon! I Did want to say the banana bread on the cascades cafe menu...

「スタイリッシュで広々とした素敵なホテルでした。室内は清潔で居心地よく、1階のガーデンに面したお部屋が静かでとても気に入りました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で感じが良かったです。フェニックスを再び訪問する時にはまたこちらのホテルに止まりたいです。」

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"
