"The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

"This was a great deal! Joe and his team were responsive and communicative during the booking and again, when our vacation approached. The place is tidy. Spacious bathroom. Nice tub. Strong ac. Comfy bed. Amenities such as cups and microwave and stuff as needed. We had a great time and as a new vrbo user, i was not sure what to expect. More than pleased and hope to book with Joe when we come back with friends!"

"It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too."

The best part is the owners of this penthouse very good at communicating and taking care of their tenants. We will be back and book this same room again!!!! "We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us."
