"Breakfast was fantastic and the evening reception was very nice. My major complaint was the condition of one of the mattresses in our double queen room. One mattress was fine but the mattress nearest the bathroom was completely broken down ( as if a gang of kids had been using it as a trampoline). "

"I love this hotel so much. Second time visit and I never want to stay elsewhere in FL. I’ve never slept on a more comfy mattress. they have a shuttle to take you to a cruise but if you are on Disney, you can WALK TO THE SHIP! Doesn’t get any better than that"

"The room itself was okay. The pool also was okay. We chose to eat at the outdoor dining, and it was substandard. The portions were small, the flavor was mediocre at best, and took forever to get the food. Additionally the grab and go market in the hotel had a better beer selection than their ‘full bar’ at the pool. The shuttle to Port Everglades is not operated by the hotel, it’s an external company that you have to contact and book a slot. Front desk staff were wonderful though and got us into a room at 11am."
