The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. 「Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. 」

「料金設定に関して信頼できない業者です。宿泊費のほかに、当日100ドルの清掃費用を支払う必要がありました(私は1泊でしたが滞在日数によって異なる可能性があります)。予約時に書かれている注意事項の「清掃費用が必要な場合がある」というものは特別に汚した場合ではなく宿泊するために必要な費用の意味です。ご注意ください。 部屋は清潔で写真の通りですので問題ありませんでした。 ちなみに、キャンセルができないので約1万円の宿泊費を無駄にしても別のところに泊まろうと探しているうちに、担当者が値引きをしてきたので、これ以上彼らにお金を払うのは不本意でしたが時間と移動の手間を理由に支払ってしまいました。私はそこそこ英語ができたので交渉ができましたが、悔しい思いをしました。担当の方は悪くない方でした。」
