Courtyard by Marriott New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District

Courtyard by Marriott New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District

10/10 Excellent
"First time in NYC and I would stay here again. The area outside felt safe enough to walk around at night. It rained the whole time we were there so maybe that played a part. We arrived around 1:30 am, i had booked the night and the hotel was open and waiting, but the parking garage next door was CLOSED. We drove around blocks and couldn't find any open. The front desk staff told us we could probably park on the street out front until the morning, then move to the garage. The signs say paid parking after 10 am Saturdays so we moved the car into the garage before 10 and did not get a ticket or anything. So it worked out. BIG NOTE. The parking was WAY more expensive. We only parked from 9:45 am Sat - 11 am Monday and it was $215?!?!?!?! Absolutely horrid and way more than the signs said. Glad we parked on the street the first night so it wasn't another 100."
