「Initially, I was going to give them no stars because of a miscommunication with the booking third party and the hotel, which resulted in a cancellation of our booking of which we did not become aware until we arrived at the property. But, once the Night Manager Isis became aware of the issue, she immediately intervened and went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of! We were so delighted with everyone’s customer service from that point on.
