「What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. 「This property is is in a great location with wonderful castle views and steps from the Thames. It was very clean and had everything needed. The host communication was timely, comprehensive, and they responded rapidly to a question. The only challenge for us was that it was unusually hot in the UK (in the 90s farenheight) during our stay and the air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom wasn't working, so it was too warm to sleep comfortably. 「Loved the convenience of this property. Fantastic location. Communication was responsive and excellent. All instructions were clear. Would be greatly improved with replacement of main bed and sofa bed. Mild spots of mold in washroom which can easily be attended to by management.」

「This property was adequate however run down. The building is in a congested estate. The carpets and couch are dirty which really impacts the comfort of staying in the space. The shower head in the main bathroom broke on first use. There was a hole in the wall by the towel holder. No dishwasher or dryer. The listing states that there is a view of the canal. The view was of the other buildings in the estate and the parking lot. In the hallway of the building you had a view of the train tracks....
