"As of July 2025 the private onsen are BRAND NEW, the staff told me they just redid them . Do not different than the photos online, but still extremely comfortable. This place is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and so quiet. Very good value"

"Enjoyed staying here! Quiet and comfortable. I think it would be a lot easier to get around if stayed in Gora though. Also didn’t realize it was a shared bath (no shower/bath in room) but it was nice. There is also an additional fee you have to pay at the property for the bath (hot springs). "

"What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The buffet was very delicious. The onsen was heaven. We had our own tub on the balcony that was a dream. The shuttle stops frequently and can take you quite far, and can get you connected to the trains. They have free coffee and ice cream that my kids were obsessed with. Connected to a nice market and a water park. Breathtaking views!"

"ゆっくりしたくて、ずっと気になっていたこちらを予約させて頂きました。想像以上に素敵な滞在になりました。お食事も混みすぎず、品数も十分だと思います。ドリンクもアルコールまで飲み放題は嬉しいです。朝もセカセカせずに頂きました。お風呂と今回はマッサージも利用しましたが、スタッフさんがとても丁寧でした。お部屋もキレイで眺めも良く、ゆっくり寛げました。浴衣が選べる他にも作務衣も準備されていたのが良かったなぁと思います。夜に浴衣のまま寝るとはだけるので。。どのスタッフさんもにこやかでした。また行きたいお宿になりました。"
