"WE LOVED IT!! so amazing and so pretty and near the station ugh just what we needed for my DAS auntie who has trouble walking the station was close by with an elevator. DAS service was very amazing. We love the staff and the unlimited amenities. Room was nice and clean and perfect. Thank you richmond hotel for our nice stay in OSAKA!! whoooo will be coming back !!!"

The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa, which was out of this world—beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. "Staff was excellent and very nice, the rooms are small, but that is common in Japan, and the bed is very stiff not my preference but maybe people like that. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The location is excellent. You are right next to the train station. Three minutes walking you can connect from here to Kyoto in under an hour. Which is what we did we stayed here to save money on hotel and just took the train over only cost about three US dollars per person and you go one hour to Kyoto and spend the day there as well."
