"Only there for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room quite small but everything you needed there. Very clean and beds very comfy."

"The staff are nice, bed comfortable, great location. The breakfast was chaotic and not that great. The main reason for the low score was that the water was lukewarm for the entirety of our two-night stay. We mentioned it immediately and had no real response. On check-out they said it was a hotel-wide issue and was now fixed. I appreciate that it wasn’t their fault and they must’ve been doing their best to fix it, but more communication on the issue would have been good, and the compulsory cold plunge on both days made our stay horrible."
