「One of the worst facilities we have ever stayed at! Filthy hallways leading to our crappy, smelly room. Carpet was so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet! Actually put my shoes on in the bathroom after showering to keep from walking on the dreadful carpet. Interestingly enough, I checked the ratings (8.4 excellent) before booking…who is submitting these ratings??」

「The room was clean. There was some cracking dry wall or maybe the drywall tape was coming off I'm not sure. We also were on the top floor, so might have cause that. Not a big deal. Didn't affect our stay. I have 2 main complaints. One being the housekeeping issue. You're on the beach. There's going to be so much sand, yet housekeeping will only come by and clean I think on the 3rd day? Or maybe that's when you can get towels without asking? A full clean on the 4th day. 「Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there.」

「Beautiful views...can't beat it! Sparse kitchen. Carpets could be cleaner. Be prepared to bring dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap because none is provided. Pools are cleaned everyday. Wonderful relaxing views. Be warned and know beach flags warnings and how to treat an undertow !」
