You pay for what you get First issue booked a King suite and immediately upon check-in was downgraded to 2 double beds Second no WiFi on floor 5 for over 24 hrs told them about the issue within a hr of check-in but was not rectified the following day after complaining again and telling other people checking in to Go elsewhere to stay Rooms are dated and definitely in need of maintenance and painting The entrance door to the room and balcony door are made of wood... they are both cracked and definitely don't seal properly The shower was redone but you could slide the control valve for water completely over and see inside the wall No Kleenex in the room just a empty dispenser which never was filled after numerous requests I could keep going on for awhile about the other issues and staff pretty much not carrying Like I said before you pay for what you get And you definitely don't get much at this Radisson!!! Definitely will never recommend it or go back to it

Hotel was perfect for me. I notice that this area was less crowded than most on the beach, which I loved. I will stay here again.

Black mold all over toilet.. not ebough racks in bathroom. Bed sheets did not fit mattress and kept coming off.

This hotel is quite dated. Balcony door did not open, lock, or close easily. Elevators were broken or did not work. No air in elevator. Ice machines did not work. Floors were dirty. Shower appeared to have mold growing in corners. House keeping only came daily to change out towels. They do not change the sheets but every 3 days. The only other thing they did was take out the trash. They did not sweep the floor. Staff was curious and friendly. restaurant that is located in the parking lot was decent but way over priced. Their drinks are weak and overpriced. The on site pool is extremely small.Parking is a nightmare. During the summer season they have valet parking for $20 a day but self parking if you decided you don't want to pay. parking fills up and spots are a little tight. We did not move our vehicle in fear we would loose our spot. When we did leave, we valet but was told their last day was that Sunday so we only had to pay for 2 days. We stayed 4 nights and when we decided to stay an extra day booked a room at the near by Hyatt Place which was much nicer with a better experience overall. Radisson really needs to spend some time and money fixing property issues. In my option, it appears that they have old room and equipment that they barely maintain. Overpriced for what it is. Better off going to a newer location.

I didn't like that i had to asked for our room to be clean and when they first stated it was clean all was done was some fresh towels nothing else was done until i call the front desk and then they came and did a proper cleaning, otherwise we had a nice stay. Thanks for the oceanfront room.

The property needs to be renovated. We enjoyed the balcony and access to the beach. But you think the rooms would be more comfortable and cleaner. I would probaly not stay again. The elevators were slow or not working and the parking was terrible.

I liked this property because it’s convenient. You can walk to several food restaurants that’s close by. I also like the fact that you can walk right out to the beach from the hotel due to it being on the beach. What I did not like about the hotel is it did not have anything to eat except a vending machine with few snacks and drink machine. No breakfast of any kind or no hot food of any kind. If you want to eat you will have to bring food to cook in your room since there is an oven and all in your room. Or you can walk or drive to get you something to eat. Only free amenities they had was lemon/lime water or coffee. The coffee was warm and not hot. We also noticed when we got on the elevator it was hot. No air on the elevator. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

First off, there were so many extra fees added when we checked in to the hotel. We had to walk the parking lot because valley wouldn’t park our Chevy 3500. In the room there was no telephone so we had to go all the way down stairs for every question or order. The air conditioner sounded like it was raining inside the room. We stayed 4 nights and never got our room cleaned by housekeepers. We had to walk to the Lobby and ask for towels. Will not stay here again

My family and I booked this place through Expedia, we were pretty excited for our family vacation, in or way there like 30 minutes before we arrived (it was around 8:30pm) i received a call from the hotel, the lady who spoke it to me was not pretty nice, she say they have been trying to contact me since 2pm and they have leave voicemails, I check I told here that wasn’t true, I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemails, she told me “well I have that on my notes” so she proceeded and told me that our book was canceled, due to Expedia over booking the same room, I was on shock, and while I understand it was not her fault, I didn’t understand why they lied about trying to contact me earlier, and even if they did tried to get in touch with me at 2pm it’s 2 hours before the check in, that is not okey, I ask her if she knew any places where we can stay, and she say “no it’s the weekend and it’s summer so I don’t think there is nothing”, I just think it is very unprofessional to call at 8pm to let people know their reservation is canceled, it’s even unprofessional to call 2 hours before, and lie to the customer about doing something they didn’t, so yeah thank god we were able to find a place last minute in a great location, I I won’t recommend this place or Expedia, use Airbnb instead.

It was a great location right on the beach, but hotel cleanliness was not their room was dirty bed had a bug in it. Shower not clean properly here on the soap dish besides that everything else was well. Staff is very friendly and kind. Front Desk And housekeepingCoffee was served every morning in front area.

Hotel was outdated! The rooms had leaking water from the ceilings that would drip into my bed. This is the second time staying and wasnt satisfied either times. The only good thing is beach access.
