「Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!」

「Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.」

「Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view. 」

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice.
