Very friendly staff, they sat down and helped us planed our trip to the national mountains and get tickets. 10/10 Service! Would highly recommend if visiting for the first time. The lady speaks perfectly English to communicate. Very lovely.

I would give it 10 stars. It is a family operated hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. She even share with us delicious watermelon and gave us souvenirs at the end. The rest of the staff is also very welcoming. The room was spacious, the beds very confortable and clean. The hotel is cozy and you have every you need for your basic needs. The location is superb as you can walk to the east gate for the Avatar mountains and lots of restaurants and local stores. But again, the staff makes it all worth it. Thanks !

Very clean Hotel. Cherry, the manager made a big difference as she was very friendly and help me with my itinerary providing me valuable information. There is a washer in the fourth floor and some restaurants around the hotel. This is very close to the bus station just one block away and you can actually walk to the east gate to visit the avatar mountains. Recommended place very comfortable and clean.

Warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff; Room and room amenities very convenient and very clean; Location of property and location to UNESCO Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is very convenient (less than 10-15 minutes easy walking distance). Staff are very knowledgeable and show you the best routes to choose and take within the Park (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park) - saving you time, effort, stress. Close to Wulingyuan (at the Zhangjiajie Park bus stop) bus station is very close - 5 minutes walk away (these buses will take you to all other areas of Zhangjiajie City e.g. Tianmen Mountain, 72 Towers, and Zhangjiajie City). Thank you to Yijingju Humanistic Inn for a magnificent stay. The Inn was very homely! They gave me helpful train ticket advice, saving me half the price of the train ticket to get to Zhangjiajiexi (Zhangjiajie West railway station) - see: www.youtube.com/@ChinaSoloTravel
