"It was the perfect place for my daughter and I while we were in town to visit UCSB. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful bike path and close to an ocean front restaurant. Cute little park for kids and restrooms at the beach. "

"The property had everything we needed for our stay as a family. The rooms are ok but not every room comes with a balcony or an ocean view which we were a little disappointed about. Also the phone in the room was not connected so when I needed to call the front desk I had to walk to them as no one was available when I called using the posted phone number from my cell phone. "

"The location is excellent and the second floor patio has a great view. This old hotel has some beautiful details like tile floors and nice tile work in the bathroom. However, it’s clear they are relying on the location to sell the place and not bothering much with upkeep and service. Check-in was frustrating.
