「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

「Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.」

The owners were alway available and helpful, the tent hotel setup was impressive, and Zhangjiajie mountains are unbelievable. We are definitely coming back」

「I had a very nice stay here. The family that own the hotel are very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to look after me. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the Aircon kept me cool. There are lots of shops and places to eat on their street. I would definitely stay there again.」

「 Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa.
