「Hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and happy. Beds were very comfy and firm. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Location is in the middle of it all. Best hotel I’ve booked in years.」

「It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities.」

「Decent stay but close to Saint Luke's hospital which was convenient.」

「Great Value! Clean and very quiet with a pool - but no bar or gym or dinner restaurant. My room (411) was spacious and had fridge/micro/stove/AC but no safe. Water pressure is medium but satisfactory and hot, but this is not luxury. Rooms are functional not pretty, so if you want a resort atmosphere don't expect it. Repeat: this is a basic hotel so if you want a really nice resort, keep looking. For a hotel, it is fine and very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sheets/towels/room/hallway...
