「街の中心部で、駅から文字通り徒歩1分・スパッカナポリまで3分で観光に至便 昼間はざわめきが少し聞こえてくるが、夜はとても静か。物音に敏感な家族もぐっすり寝られたと言っていてよかった！ オーナーファミリーは親切で、特にグイドさんはポジターノからナポリのタクシー手配を手数料なしで行ってくれました。 本当にありがとう！またナポリに行ったら是非泊まりたいです」

「Lovely accommodation, room was nice as was the bathroom. It appeared to be newly renovated. The only drawback was our room was close to the reception area & we could hear conversations. Lift in the accommodation which was a bonus. Bruno was very helpful on check in, advising us of places of interest & restaurants. The location was great & not too far from the centre. 」

「ナポリ中央駅からスーツケース引いても行ける距離です。 メインストリートに面していますので、初ナポリの方は車の往来が多いので雑踏感大きいでしょう。ホテル写真は全くあてになりません(笑)普通のホテルです。夜は管理人が居ませんので外ドアから部屋まで4つの鍵で入ります。住んでる感はありますね。但しフロント常在ではないので緊急時は電話が必要になります。」

「We were very happy here. The rooms are very clean and the property is very well located. This is not a fancy place but a very nice place to stay. Julianna, her adult children and the rest of the staff keep the rooms in tip top condition. Every day they will prepare your breakfast to eat in your room to start the day. There are some wonderful small restaurants very close by. Ask Julianna for some recommendations. You will definitely need reservations for the small restaurants. A tip or two:...

「部屋の掃除は徹底されていない。コップやトレイ、テレビ台に埃がたまっている。無料Wi-Fiもつながらず、持参したルーターを使用しました。部屋までにいくつかの鍵が必要だが、どの鍵も簡単には開かない。困ってオーナーに問い合わせて鍵を開けてもらったが、「なぜ、こんな鍵も開けられないんだ。」と肩をすくめられてしまった。連泊を予定していたが、1泊だけして、チェックアウトし、ホテルを替えました。おすすめしません。」
