「The host and welcome gifts were above & beyond our expectations. Very kind & attentive. We have been renting places for 20 years for our family Christmas gathering. This house was our favorite so far. It was extremely clean, well organized and had all the amenities to make our stay perfect. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt.」
