Do not rent!

We had many issues getting ahold of host. Phone number goes to a voicemail in a foreign language and was never returned. Vrbo even tried to call and speak with host on multiple occasions and even the hotel. Had it not been for the amazing managers at the marriot im not sure our vacation would have happened. At check in..our names were still not attached to the villa. The host said that we may have to switch rooms during our stay because hotel was overbooked? The villa we were initially put in was the end of someone elses rental and because they had 2 days left the room was not cleaned. I have pictures of baby bottles and dirty diapers that we walked into and fridge of food that wasnt ours. Thankfully the managers at the Marriot were gracious enough to find us a CLEAN room until they could get ahold of our host. This was by far the most stressful vrbo rental I have ever had. Renters beware!

Booked for two days and was forced to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in later. Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host!
