「The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult.」

「This is our second time staying here and not sure we will be returning. The hot tub jets didn't work (they fixed it the 2nd day), the tub faucet came shooting out of the wall while taking a shower twice the first night & asked them to fix it & it did it again twice the next night.The toilet wouldn't flush when we got there, so we asked them to fix it & it still wouldn't flush the 2nd night. 「家族3人で泊まりました。空港からUberで30～40分程度（チップ込で50ドル強）。ゲレンデに面していてスキーには絶好のロケーション。フロントのスタッフがとても親切。ただ、あまりにも矢継ぎ早に色々ホテルの内容を説明してくれるので途中で半分くらい説明されたことを忘れてしまいました。部屋は3人で泊まるにはちょうど良い大きさ。wifiも問題なし。ただ予約時に簡易キッチンがあると書いてありましたが、コンロや鍋・釜はなく、電子レンジで温めて食べることができる程度のものだったのが残念。朝食レストランもなし。レストランは近くにもありますが、無料バスでmain st.に行かないとあまり無いという印象。フィットネス、屋外温水プール、ビリヤードや卓球等で楽しんでいる人はたくさんいました。屋内パーキングもあり。総括すると施設自体は良く、スタッフもとても良いのですが、食事に関しては今一つ不便でした。」
