"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "

"軽井沢駅から車でたっぷり３０分強の別荘地。
建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。
今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。
キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。
薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。
２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。"

"施設内は清掃も行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごせました。パウダールー ムにはティーパックやラテの粉なども置いてあり、寒い日でしたが、体が暖まりました。バンガローからトイレまでが少し遠かったのと、パウダールームに虫が多かったこと、車がバンガロー横に置けなかったのが少し残念ではありました。バンガロー内はガスヒーターや電源もあり、暖かく過ごせました。トータル的には良かったです！"
