Central Location in Nozawaonsen Village

Schi Heil is fairly basic standard small Japanese room. Uber clean and conveniently located but nothing special. English spoken and very helpful staff. Can book a taxi/tour bus in the lobby...in fact the Nozawa Liner bus is run out of this place.

カーペットが年季入ってる感あるのと、部屋の鍵が開けにくかったのと、コンセントの位置が使い辛かったこと以外文句なし。フロントの方も感じよく、部屋も快適。バス停留所や外湯からも近くてよかったです。

次回も必ずシーハイルに宿泊します。

街中のアクセスが良く、野沢温泉中どこに行くにも歩きで5分以内でいけます。 ホテルスタッフが凄く親切で質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。清掃スタッフも気さくに挨拶してくれました。アメニティーグッズもありタオルなどは清潔でした。

Nice enough place, very good positioning, simple room, very nice reception staff, breakfast staff so-so - they don't seem to want you to stay beyond 30mins, breakfast was good though.

Great location and staff!

We ended up staying here for a snowboarding trip and the customer service was welcoming and exceptionally helpful! A good location being a walk away from the main bus terminal and centre of the village. Our room was near the road so got a bit noisy with drunks at night/morning but the walk to the ski field was only 10 mins away so it was also very convenient. The hotel just requires a facelift...
