The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!」

「Great location of unit. Felt safe and secured and communication with listing agent was fast and friendly. Free off street parking - first come first serve, but we had no issues since we stayed off season. Host did recommend paid parking locations but we did not need it.Would recommend and revisit! Only issue, the carpet in the main room curls up and can be a tripping hazard. We moved one of the mats to keep it down and didn't have any issues after that.」

"JFKの空港からはスーツケース持っては移動しにくいので行き帰りはUber に頼りましたが、最寄りの5分以内にあるバス停から、コニーアイランド駅まで出ているバスがあるのを到着翌日に知り、それからは毎日のように利用しながら観光に出掛けました。朝食も、オレンジジュースが口にあっておいしくおかわりを何度もすることに。無料の朝食でもなき充実してました。フロントの方もとてもフレンドリーで素敵でした。また利用したいと思います。"
