「We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this unique property. Geoff made us feel right at home and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the theatre, and the fountain with fish and frogs. We can’t wait to come back!」

「Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!」

「Very spacious room, clean, quiet, very comfortable mattress; in walking distance to the quaint historic Smithville village and close to great birding spots at the Forsythe wildlife refuge.」

「While climbing stairs to the 3rd floor was rough on my bad knees, overall it was a pretty decent place. Employees were friendly and it is only a minute walk to the beach. We would stay there again!」

「We traveled to NJ to attend a family celebration. The accommodations were great but we experienced vandalism on our car. The window was busted out on the driver's side and they damaged the inside of the vehicle. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and there were no repair shops open. We had to drive 5 hours home to VA with no window and the humidity was horrendous.」

「오래된 하우스였지만 침구도 깨끗하고 편했어요 오래된 나무 집이라 마루가 삐걱거리는 소음은 있었지만 큰 방해는 안됐어요 위치도 뉴왁 펜 스태이션과 가까워 nj transit 이나 path 를 타고 맨해튼에 쉽게 갈수 있었어요 20분 정도 열차를 타면 됩니다 」
