「The condo was conveniently located to downtown, the beach and the boardwalk. Decor was attractive and unit was well supplied. Everything was clean and ready to move in.」

「Stayed one night with friends. The set up is nice. Everything was updated and clean. The property manager/ owner was very responsive. The location is great. Walking distance to Tropicana , Tony's Baltimore Grill and Gilcrests. Clean area of the city for sure. Didn't understand where to park but there are 2 parking passes. You can always park at the Trop and walk over. You will really like this place」

「Not bad at all, the housekeepers didn’t replenish our towels and wash cloths that was our only real issue other than the low beds and one tv in the whole suite. Beds look larger online and stated one was a king size but that wasn’t the case. Very clean tho! I would recommend patching & smoothing the poor areas on some of the walls. The 3 bathrooms was a plus for us!」

「You can’t get no help wit them u can’t even go too the front desk for nothing but a key card after that you on your own(cs) is just a 3rd party it’s a joke me an my family had too use the same washcloth an towels our whole stay an when we got there they put us in a room that someone already used for a few hours smh never again!!!!!!」

「The apartment was nice it was a little dirty. The one bedroom with the 3 beds smelled like a cat. There was cat fur on the light on the table I took the light off the table. The owner was remolding the apartment and it showed. In a good way! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bathroom's were very nice. Plenty of parking on the side of the property and very close to everything. My only concern was the apartment needs a very good cleaning and to get rid of the cat smell.」

「Cozy suites was wonderful quiet extremely clean and disinfected !!!! However be prepared to be on check in line for at least 3 hours I was on line for nearly 4.hours just to check in. Unlike many of other patrons that did not book with comfy suites our room was ready again extremely clean looked exactly like pictures and the beds were best sleep I’ve gotten in long time! I would love to know what mattresses they use definitely would purchase one.」

「This property was a perfect set up for my daughter, her friend, and me. Cozy and clean, this apartment has everything you need and space to relax. Host was responsive and helpful! Great spot to walk to the end of the boardwalk and beaches. Spring board for other towns and beaches/boardwalks as well. Building and neighborhood noisy at times being on the first floor. Thank you for a wonderful week!」

「We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for a quick weekend. Only caution, description states 3rd floor but when obtaining entry information we were told it was actually the first floor. It had same layout, amenities and decor, but double check which floor is available.」

「The owner had no sense of humor of our CHULK art work... she ended up not allowing us to stay at the rental that we booked 7 months in advance and paid in full. We apologize for the chulk drawing and was willing to wash it off and she still refused to let us stay, and refused to give us a refund. The house had trash all around the outside.」
