「Great area close to beach, clean good communication with host , would suggest no more than 6 occupants to be comfortable.」

「This house was exactly as described. No, it is not for folks looking for a lot of room, but it was perfect for 2 of us and our small dog. We loved eating outside and the best place to walk the dog was only a block away. Beach chairs provided were of high quality, unlike some that you find. We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a cozy spot in Ocean City,」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and exactly as described in the listing—everything matched perfectly. The location is fantastic, making it the perfect spot for my husband, our standard poodle, and me. We felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and would love to return!」

「The place was very clean, cute and well taken care of. The backyard was large and our dog was happy roaming around in it. Loved the cute dog bowls they had there. My only negative was there was no blind on the backdoor, so I did feel a little exposed. Also, I am not sure, but I think the app they use (Vrbo) made communicating with them challenging at times. However, overall the place was great and nicely located near the beach but not too close. We would defiantly go again.」

「Host was very helpful and super quick to respond. The beautiful bayside beach was was close and quiet. Great stay!」

「Property was just as described charming little place and short distance to beaches and ferry!」

「Very clean and cozy with a great location!」

「Wonderful cottage experience. It was exactly as advertised. The bay is a bit buggy but a nice view and not a long drive to Wildwood or Cape May. Neighbors were very friendly.」

「Will be back!! Great place! Thank you for sharing your home」

「The cottage was fully furnished The only reason I gave the cleanliness a three star was because there was all sand and grit on the floor when I came in in the evening. I also took pictures. I had to sweep the kitchen and living room floor. I sent a private message to the host stating that I would not post a review, but it was just a friendly suggestion to have it cleaned better for the next guest. I’m writing the review because the host did not have the courtesy to apologize or say it was an...
