The staff are very hospitable. They have a washer and dryer on site for the customers to use. It's very quiet and clean. Within walking distance of the shopping center and transportation.

It was fine. Not a five star hotel, but it's was good for the price we paid. We loved the family size room. It was the only hotel stay we have ever had where our family of 6 could all sleep in a bed, instead of having 2 having to sleep on a sofa bed. It was a huge room too.

I like the Empire, The beds were comfortable, and the Lady at the desk was Courteous and Friendly. I would recommend this property. The only complaint I have would be PLEASE INSTALL OR HAVE ACCESS TO WALL OUTLETS. we have cellphones ya know.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping never cleaned our room. We also had to keep asking for towels. Since no one cleaned the room we had to get rid of our garbage and dirty towels by putting them outside the room door.
