「My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.」

「We had a wonderful week at this property. The house was immaculate and everyone loved the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach and an even shorter one to the lovely cafe just a half a block away. Daisy was an excellent and responsive host.」

「The house was incredibly cozy and felt like home. It had all of the amenities we needed for the long weekend, as well as linens and towels. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. We parked our truck across the boulevard and just took our time crossing over. I would highly recommend this home to others looking to get away for a vacation on LBI.」

「Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.」

「We have been renting on LBI for decades and would recommend this house 100%! Great location, very clean, and slept 6 very comfortably. A/C worked great, outdoor shower was newer, and the front deck for coffee in the morning was fantastic. Would be happy to stay here again!!」

「This apartment was as advertised! It’s a beautiful updated/modern condo. Very clean and quaint. John was a great host and check-in process was very easy. Very close 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. There are a bunch of restaurants, mini golf, and other things w/in walking distance. Great for family of 4 as they have a good bunk bed in 2nd room. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, bc we bathed our small kids in it after the beach every day. Only negative I would say was the bed in the...

「Awesome place with a great location. We were attending a beach wedding and literally had a 2 minute walk to the venue so location was perfect for us. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. You have a deck in unit 3 to enjoy and a wide open courtyard. Owners are super nice and live onsite if you need help with anything.」
