Well done to the town of Asbury for turning this burned out ghetto into a real destination!! Haven't lived in Jersey since 2005, and was amazed at the transformation. Some areas still need work but the boardwalk is definitely revitalized!!

Asbury park it's so much fun. Entertainment for the entire family. Shopping not too far.
walking distance from Ocean Grove and this hotel. More restaurants and activities in Asbury Park. But with location, you have the best of both worlds.
Plan hours of extra time needed for traffic and parking.
I wanted to see it after the hurricane tore up the shore. I used to hang out there as a teenager.
