"I have stayed here approximately 8 times. I attend a training nearby 4 times a year. Last two times I stayed i did not have hot water and had to move to another room. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They immediately moved me to another room. The room is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. After such a long day and wanting to relax with a got ahower and not being able to do that I feel frustrated and may look at other options. "
