「オーシャンビュールームを予約したが、チェックイン時にunavailableと言われた。 予約履歴を見せたところ一旦オフィスに戻り帰って来て手配してくれたが、部屋に入ったところフルオーシャンビューからパーシャルオーシャンビューになっていた。 疲れていたのでそれ以上の交渉は諦めた。 」

「NO HOT WATER even after letting it run all the way on hot, lukewarm. Only 1 elevator out of 6 were working. I waited over 20 to 30 minutes each time I utilized the elevator, I had to go up stay on elevator in order to get to lobyy. Front desk said they had a call into elevator company; really for all 5 elevators?」

「Room was very clean, my floor was quiet for the most part, had nice dining options. I don't like that for the pool you need a paid reservation, God thing when I stayed it was cool & rainy so I didn't need/ want to use it anyway」
