If you're going to PNC for a show, ask for Uber Mike's number at the front desk. He's great! He will bring you right to the front door and pick you up there too! No need to walk over a mile to get to the show!」

"During my stay, the window lock was broken, and in the middle of the night a strong gust of wind blew the window open. It was extremely cold, and the next day I developed a high fever. Falling ill completely ruined my stay. I request that you carry out thorough safety checks and equipment inspections. In hindsight, it was a mistake not to complain to the staff in person at check-out—I only left a written note.

安全面と設備の点検を徹底してほしいです。
なお、チェックアウトの時点では熱が出ていなかったため、その場でスタッフに苦情を伝えることはせずにメモ書きだけ残しておいたのは失敗でした。"
