「The Room was spotless & the staff was courteous. 」

「The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I slept well on a good bed. One thing I didn't like was the rolling door to the bathroom; the door was smaller than the opening leaving space on one side or the other which gave little privacy. Awkward. Breakfast was good and very generous!」

However, this Staten Island hotel was quite disappointing, unlike any other area. The following points were inferior to the same hotel in other areas. Bath towels were not provided. The room was dirty and old-fashioned. In the other areas, the room was filled with a nice scent, but I didn't feel it. Breakfast was poor. There was no free drink corner such as...

「Magen greeted us at check in and was amazing. She upgraded our room and was so kind. The next day we got complimentary late checkout and were able to borrow bikes from the hotel to ride on the boardwalk. Rooms were stunning and clean. It was at least our third time staying here.」
