I asked for a nonsmoking room. When I opened the door, the smell of cigarette smoke nearly knocked me over and gave me a headache. When I asked for another room, he gave me the room right next door. It was a room for disabled people. I am not disabled. It had a dirty floor. The lack of a vanity in the bathroom was very inconvenient. My son and I were both bothered by mosquitoes during the night.

Parking was good and felt safe. The room was clean, and I had a good shower in preparation for a wedding I had to attend in the area. Check in was a breeze. However, there were some unsavory occupants cursing and arguing outside , and the room unfortunately had the smell of cigarettes which I did not like. I decide not to stay and checked out after returning from the wedding.

Nightmare Stay: Noise, Cleanliness, and Service Failure My experience at this hotel was profoundly disappointing, marked by significant cleanliness issues, disruptive noise, and an alarming failure in customer service. Initial Disruption and Cleanliness Concerns My stay began poorly when the initial room assigned to me had a powerful, persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke, necessitating an immediate room change. Furthermore, upon checking in around 3 PM, the inner courtyard/pool area was occupied by several guests who were visibly intoxicated, smoking, and talking loudly. The noise from this group echoed unpleasantly throughout the central hotel structure. Beyond the initial room issue, the cleanliness of the second room was disappointing. I noted a sticky liquid stain on the nightstand and visible hair on the bathroom wall—basic oversights that suggest a lack of thorough housekeeping. Complete Failure to Address Excessive Noise The most critical failure was the inability of the front desk staff to resolve an excessive noise complaint. At 10 PM, loud music and conversation began in the room directly next to mine. I called the front desk three times between 10 PM and midnight. No solutions were offered, and no attempt was made to move me or resolve the disturbance, which continued well past midnight. This constitutes an extreme lapse in security and guest service. This was a miserable experience marked by poor hygiene and truly awful.

My first room smelled entirely like cigars. After reading their no smoking policy and $100 charge. Our second room did not smell until we entered the bed. I felt like i was sleeping in an ashtray. My wife could hardly breath becuase of her allergies. You could get a better breakfast at a local bodega. Please do not stay at this place!

it was the most horrible experience I ever had in staying in a hotel, the room upstairs was so noisy the whole night long that we could not sleep at all during our entire stay. I would never stay in this hotel again
