「Communication with the host was top notch. She responded in a timely matter each time and explained in detail any question I needed answered.We did have several issues regarding our stay. The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well. Also, we were eye level with the train that passed, at times every 5 minutes. So the noise was on another level. They...

「This VRBO was perfect for our family as we visited our college student in downtown Chicago. Plenty of space, sparkling clean, comfy beds. Only two things that I think could be improved/better communicated: only one key card is provided, and the beds are full size not queen (but they were SUPER comfortable!!!)」

「The location and property are great. Everything is in walking distance. The property itself was very clean and nice. Only reason not 5 stars was the noise. The trains run right outside the windows so sleeping is difficult. They do offer ear plugs and noise machine but the trains are so loud that it didn't work for me.」
