Make yourself at home in this fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, designed with space and comfort in mind. With 3 cozy beds, it easily sleeps up to 6 guests—perfect for families or small groups. Each room is thoughtfully arranged to give everyone their own space, while the open living and dining areas invite you to unwind. Whether you're here for work or play, this place has the room and warmth to make your stay feel easy.



Just a kind note: our property is located near a train station, so there may be some occasional train noise. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind when considering your stay. You might also find it helpful to bring earplugs for added comfort.

For your comfort and security, please complete the check-in form before heading to the property. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent once the form is submitted. Kindly wait to receive these instructions before arriving at the address.



Note: It’s a bit of a climb—our place is on the third floor and there’s no lift, just stairs.



Other Things to Note:

Just a few quick notes:



1. Some bookings may require ID, screening, or deposit.

2. We have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please keep the noise down during these times.

3. For safety and upkeep, please keep all furniture in its original position. If any items are moved, a minimum charge of $50 will be applied to cover labor and potential damage.

4. No pets allowed.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
