「The room smelled like an ashtray, the bed was a futon. We got the key to the room walked inside then immediately walked out got in our car and left after paying 100 non refundable dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this place anyone !!!!!!!!$”@&/:」

「Room was nice but walls too thin, could hear every voice and footsteps in the hallway. Not enough options for breakfast and couldn't check in a minute early before 3pm. Although it is pet friendly they need to clean the rooms better of odor in-between stays or keep pets always in the same rooms because mine smelled like a wet dog and it was very strong for the whole first day. Would not recommend for how expensive it was but all in all it was ok.」

「The Sebastian River Rental is Exceptional so beautiful, quiet and clean. The view is Amazing. I did not want to leave. If I could live there year round I would. The host Pierce was so very nice. Very easy to check in and out. I cannot wait to go back and I am give them 10 stars. I am already planning my next vacation there 😊」

The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. 「The room was okay but in the pictures it shows microwave but the was no microwave in the room. Then after the sheets changed when we went back, we noticed the one bedroom sheet was stained and dirty and when I called they just brought in new sheets and we had to change them ourselves. The maintenance service was good when we called at 10pm toilet not flushing, he came and fixed it for us. The beach was good but we couldn’t get in because the waves were too high and strong but we walked around...
