ローカー ホテル

「Lovely place to stay, clean room although the carpets could do with a revamp. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very nice poached eggs.」

「A very quirky clean boutique hotel with fantastic sea view. I would highly recommend it」

「Hotel did not inform me that all roads leading to the hotel in a rather large radius would be closed on the night of my arival. There was no communication of alternative parking arrangements. When I arrived and explained calmly that I was not a happy customer I was given excuses. Apparently they are unable to contact me because I booked through expedia. This is strange as they had contacted me through expedia to tell me that my room was non refundable. If you are going to Sunderland pick...

「The room was cold as the heating didn't work well. There was also no hot water in the shower. Despite requesting improvement, nothing was done. The room was clean and well-maintained, the housekeeping service was very good, and the breakfast was tasty.」

「It was a car-free trip, but as the bus station was nearby, it wasn't as inconvenient as I'd expected. The lady at reception was very kind. Very comfortable room. Having a fridge was also a great help.」

「This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful.」

「Fantastic place to stay. We’ll stay again. Top location. Welcoming. Lovely decor great food. Great drink abc cocktail selection. Fantastic friendly staff both daytime and breakfast. Lovely big room. Comfortable. Great food. Perfect.」

「I have stayed various hotels in Newcastle, but the Malmaison was one of the best hotel in the city. I recommend to all who is visiting Newcastle.」

「The hotel in general was excellent, with the large family room we had booked having 2 comfortable double beds. However, the evening food in the restaurant was not good at all, and the breakfast was mediocre at best.」

「鉄道駅からは遠方ですが、訪れる価値はあると思います。」

「バーの食事メニューは量が多めにてご注意。」

「Well situated to train station, Eldon Square shopping centre, Grainger Market, Bigg Market’s bars and some nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. Room was decent although paint was peeling off the bathroom wall and some mould in the shower, so definitely needs a room refresh.」

「ニューカッスルの郊外にあり、ホテルの周りには何もないですが、中のバーやレストランで十分に楽しみました。またプールは小さいですが、子供と遊ぶにはちょうど良かったです。 広く、安く、綺麗な部屋でした。」
