"Should be seats for 2 ( or a loveseat ) in a room accepting 2 guests . Our stay is always nice for a quick weekend in Chester SC with Family. Plenty of food choices nearby including locally owned diners and convenient to Interstate 77 - 2 minutes."

"Pros:The hotel was very clean and in a safe area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: The keys kept not working which I had read in a few reviews before we went. I didn't think it would be a big deal but when locked out of the side door and having to wait on someone to let us in and then having to wait at front desk (which was empty) and then hunt down an employee to get someone to make a new key was quite irritating. Also the toilet seat was loose and that was an annoyance."

"I strongly recommend paying the additional bucks for a cleaner and safer hotel. My experience here was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong cigarette odor, and the sheets were covered with cigarette burns. I also noticed roaches coming from underneath the bed and near the mirrors, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The atmosphere around the property also felt unsafe. There appeared to be individuals conducting suspicious activity in the parking lot late at night, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk for an iron, the staff seemed confused by the request and were unable to assist. I ended up going to Walmart to purchase one myself. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the hotel did not require a deposit. Although complimentary breakfast was offered, I chose not to try it given the condition of the room. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here."

"Go a little further and stay at the rock hill one. There was a dumpster blocking half the driveway. A chain that had been across the driveway that looked like it had been run over as the poles were bent in. The woman who checked us in insisted on charging our credit card even though we had already paid on Expedia. The AC was loud and there was a ball of dark hair on the carpet when we got in the room. The woman at the front desk also told me she couldn’t find my rewards account so I had to go through extra steps to get them added "

"It’s not going to be the fanciest place, but it’s decent and clean and has become my go to when I’m in Rock Hill. It’s not expensive, it’s clean, they have a breakfast included (waffles, eggs, yogurt, sausage), it’s close to everything (Winthrop Univ., all the restaurants, grocery store, Walmart), the staff is super friendly and it’s right off the highway for easy access. The air conditioner/heater always works, showers have hot water. I really have no complaints about this hotel. There is no elevator, but there’s only 2 floors. They do allow pets- that’s a positive for some and a negative for others. "

"The room smelled of dog and old cleaning products. The door to my room was janky and you could see where it had been kicked in before! Towels wasn’t clean and floor was sticky and slippery. It was my first time staying at this location and it will be my last. "
