"Market on site was very helpful for food and necessities. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Shuttle buses were convenient to get to the Disney parks, but very congested and busy. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space for our family of four."

"**Great location for Disney, but room storage is very tight** **Pros:** * Fantastic location for Disney lovers—just two train stops away on the Keio line, and the station is only steps from the hotel. It's also an easy 20-minute train ride into central Tokyo. * The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious, filling, and offered a great mix of Western and Japanese options. * Super convenient with a Lawson and another convenience store right outside. * The staff went above and beyond, especially when helping us book a taxi. > **Cons:** > * Storage space in the room is practically non-existent. There were no dresser drawers or closet space, and the bed frames don't allow you to slide luggage underneath, making the quarters feel very cramped. > * The onsen was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the guest laundry clothes dryers are not very powerful. > * There are very few sit-down dining options in the immediate neighborhood."

"Great location and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and close to the station and shopping options. The rooms also come with an iron and ironing board. The hot springs public baths are also great. The view was also gorgeous of the bay. However, minor issues being the lobby being on the top floor and having to take multiple elevators, which can be bothersome on a tight schedule. And there isn't as much to do in the nearby areas as some other locations in Tokyo."

"Excellent location and great customer service by most employees like Fukuyama-San (the concierge). He is so awesome and helpful! He went out of his way to flag down a taxi for us in the rain. He also greets us so well everytime we’d come and go unlike the older, shorter concierge who is not friendly at all. He even deliberately walked away from us when the taxi stopped in front of him but we’ve seen him help others out of their taxi. Guess we didn’t look important enough for him. A second excellent staff member was the front desk attendant: Yano-san. He also went out of his way and took a long time explaining how the typhoon that was expected to come on the day of our check out may affect the transport to the airport and advised us to leave earlier. He was correct. A third exceptional staff member is the male housekeeping staff member for the 23rd floor. He was so sweet and kind to our requests. Domo Arigato to you all!"
