"Staff are very nice, kind, and welcoming. Room cleanliness and quality should be better they told us that this place will be upgraded. We had 2 issues in the beginning but the very helpful staff solved them for us. Our room reservation was sea view but the sea view is not a sea view in reality. First we had a room that was next to the theater which was extremely noisy and we didn’t see the sea at all. Then they changed the room to a beach front which made a huge difference. Second, one of the main reasons that encouraged me to book this hotel the heated pool but first, I was very disappointed because the pool was cold and I asked all the people around me and they all agreed that it was cold. When I complained the staff guide me to another pool that belongs to the same hotel but another building and that was very beautiful and heated. Then, finally we started enjoying our time and everything was excellent. One last thing, I wish if we were guided from the first day of all the facilities that are available in this place, for example we found out on our last night that they have 5 different restaurants not only the main one. I love this place and I recommend it."

"The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again! "

Reception: Where Christmas Decorations Go to Die You walk in and are immediately greeted by a Santa with demon eyes, surrounded by “festive décor” that looks like it was rescued from a skip. A ripped pillow stuffed with grey fluff pretending to be snow? Honestly, I’ve seen more convincing holiday spirit in a morgue. Then comes the reception staff: a miserable man who slags off guests in Arabic, confidently assuming no white person understands him. Bad luck mate — we understood every word. Rooms: Biohazard Zones The rooms should come with a health warning. • Urine-stained bed linen — repeatedly. • Floors that look like they’ve never met a broom. • A bathtub decorated with cigarette ends and burn marks, as if someone had hosted a bonfire in it. • A sewage smell from the bathroom strong enough to qualify as a chemical attack.
