He made the check-in process smooth and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Tamer for his outstanding hospitality and care during our stay. Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, and the resort had everything needed for a perfect vacation.
