The location is beautiful with incredible views of the Red Sea, and the snorkeling right off the beach was one of the highlights of our entire Egypt trip. "Ahmen at the main restaurant in the rotunda was amazing. Very attentive and courteous, also great with the kids. The hotel had lots of fund stuff to do at night and the food was amazing. "We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."
