"The staff really make this resort the great place that it is. They are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests have a wonderful time. The complex is well maintained, especially the grounds and public area. Our room had plenty of storage and a big comfortable bed. "Very nice neat clean rooms. The check-in was very smooth. The animation team was very active and had amazing shows everyday. The food had amazing variety and good quality. "Hotel was clean and very tidy with staff continually maintaining the public areas. The food was good with an excellent choice every day with different specialties every day so not like other all inclusive where they sometimes do the same foods every day. "I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. "The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent. The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes. Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh."

" I have stayed at your hotel 3 times in the past 12 months and i enjoyed it very much. Service, staff, cleanliness etc very good and the front desk do their best to accomodate your room requests and all staff are friendly and nice. I do have 2 issues however. They have their own in house Taxi service which is fair enough but 3 times as expensive but they do not give guests the choice to call for their own taxi from outside or even be dropped back to the front of hotel if you do use a licensed...
